Honda CRF Electric converted bike

Honda CRF converted into electric power. The bike is built from a 2007 Crf250r which had very low hours. All parts have been serviced such as bearings, suspension and brakes. The battery is built up from 20s14p Samsung INR21700-40t cells. These are high power discharge cells that have been spot welded using copper to enable peak discharge of 400amps at 72v nominal 82v fully charged. The battery has a Bluetooth BMS to enable balance charging and prevent over charging. The battery box is custom built from aluminium and polycarbonate and is watertight. The motor is a QS 138v3 which has an inbuilt primary reduction gear, which enables regular sized sprockets to be used on the rear wheel. This motor has been tried and tested in many builds around the world and it can handle 30kw peaks with ease. The controller is a nuclear 24f which can be fully customised from the display. I have set it up with some useful functions such as variable regenerative breaking, reverse button and 3 power levels. The capacity of the battery is around 3.5kwh and the charger has variable current up to 20amps, so it can be fully charged in around 2hours. Lots of custom parts have been designed and machined for this bike such as the 10mm thick aluminium motor mounts, battery box support and HDPE bash guard. The bike only weighs 100kg and has peak power of over 30kw, but of course the power and many other parameters can be set easily for individual ride styles. Comes with 2 sets of wheels, 21/19 wheels with summer tyres fitted and brand new 21/18 wheels with winter spiked tyres fitted.
